There are three Service Level Plan options available to our clients. DPS technical support packages are designed to provide the optimal cover to suit your needs within your budget.

Red Package:

The red package is a great entry level package to keep you LED or LCD screen running cost-effectively.

Includes proactive visits, LED & LCD hardware and software reporting that will include information on the works that have been carried out.

Guaranteed response time for different levels of faults suitable for first and third party advertisers and ensures that the faults and your requests are addressed on a timely fashion.

Blue Package:

The blue package is a great balance between price, proactive and limited reactive site visits.

Apart from the standard proactive visits, the blue package includes limited number reactive visit that have been calculated based on your asset’s age, size and quality of the LED and LCD screen. Also includes comprehensive site inspections, LED and or LCD health reports and optimization recommendation.

Guaranteed response time for different levels of faults suitable for first and third party advertisers and ensures that the faults and your requests are addressed on a timely fashion.

Green Package:

The green package is the most comprehensive package DPS offers.

The package include proactive and reactive site visits, comprehensive monthly reporting.

*Cost of the spare or replacement parts is not included in the quote and will be charged as an additional item. Client to provide sufficient inventory of spare parts. Maximum stored spare part capacity per screen is 1 cubic metre.

Inventory management:

Reactive visits are the call outs that are conducted when the issues have been detected or notified by the client. Services that include non-visual monitoring of the screens are 24/7. Once an issue has been detected and client permission is granted the DPS Technical team will head to the site to repair the issue.

DPS will replace the faulty parts of the LED & LCD panels as well as resolve the following issues:


• LED & LCD hardware and software issues

• PC hardware-software issues

• Modem hardware-software issues

The aim of the proactive site visits is to ensure that the screen is running at its best performance and identify the likely faulty parts before they fail and decrease operational shutdown periods. DPS will conduct comprehensive site inspections every six months, including full site audits, comprehensive, health reports, as well as recommendations will be supplied to the client after each inspection.

All costs of inspection are covered under the standard and premium SLA package options.

Monitoring is limited to the monitoring capabilities of the Billboards software and hardware and camera image quality.

DPS store part of your inventory, keep track of it and deal with warranty cases*. The Technical Engineers organise procurement and provide the client recommendations on spare parts to improve the lifespan of the screen and minimise the failure rate.

*Delivery and repair costs are not covered

Digital Panel Services are so confident in our service and maintenance capability, that we offer a 5 year warranty on LED signage supplied and maintained by qualified Digital Panel Services technicians under one of our Service and Maintenance plans.

A well serviced and maintained LED screen can have a lifetime of around 6 to 8 years. The DPS service and maintenance plans will ensure that your digital panels are performing at their best, even in intense heat, wind, rain and dust, without unnecessary expenses. All our maintenance plans are based on commercial advertising industry requirements, where downtime must be minimised.
